The property enjoys a highly advantageous position—slightly elevated to offer breathtaking panoramic views, yet close enough to the sea with a private path leading directly to the renowned beach below.
The main terrace is generously sized, featuring a beautiful pool perfectly positioned to let you enjoy the stunning view while swimming. Behind the terrace lies an amazing dining area, spacious and wind-protected, equipped with everything needed for our chefs to prepare culinary delights of all kinds. Even outdoors, the atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated, with surprising and unique details that enhance the setting.
This same refined theme is masterfully carried indoors, where the chic and sophisticated ambiance is complemented by eclectic works of art thoughtfully placed throughout, and an undeniable overall quality that creates a truly unique experience. The middle level of the main house is comprised of a fully equippted kitchen, indoor dining, a gym and a study for those needing to check in for a work meeting whilst travelling.
The configuration of the bedrooms is particularly distinctive: the master suite is entirely independent, occupying the highest level of the property and enjoys it's own private terrace to take advantage of the views. The guest rooms are all located on the lower level beneath the pool. These guest accommodations deserve special mention, as each is a true mini-suite, featuring a main bedroom with king size bed, connected (via a sliding door) to a smaller adjoining room with seperate ensuite, that can serve as a lounge or a children’s bedroom, offering the flexibility to increase capacity if needed. The villa can comfortably accomodate 8 adults and 6 children. Beneath the guest suites, is a strategically placed plunge pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the sunset.
